Fondust is a water soluble edible color that can be used directly in food. It can be used to color fondant, sugar work(before or after baking), almond paste, royal icing, buttercream, cake mix, macaroons, piping gel, candy & more! It can be used on almost anything except pure chocolate. It will not change your food's texture. They are also UV resistant colors so they don't fade.
